The Christmas Mustang Synopsis

I’ve gotten several requests to provide a little more information about the story. Below is the back cover synopsis. Over the weekend I’ll post some excerpts from the story.

Against the scenic backdrop of the American southwest, tough luck plagues established horsewoman Brooke Anderson. She needs to know why this is happening as her faith gets challenged.

First, there was the tragic loss of her husband, followed by constant roadblocks thwarting her efforts to save her ranch and horse training business. Add to this, her daughter Kasey’s fear of riding after an accident, when that was her whole life.

Brooke grasps at her last hope—winning a mustang training competition that can turn her bad fortune around.

Then a kind, attentive stranger enters her life, bringing her needed hope. But rumors hint that his mission may be less than honorable. While Brooke’s friends try to protect her through her maze of uncertainty, she is drawn to this handsome man who may be able to solve her woes.

Tyler Alexander is on assignment to get his company’s foundering real estate venture on track. Still stinging from a divorce, gun-shy about new relationships, Tyler encounters Brooke and is attracted. . . only to learn she owns a key piece of land needed for his company’s big project.

Can Brooke and Tyler overcome their painful pasts, and will Tyler put his company’s interests over Brooke’s?

Meanwhile, Kasey faces her own huge challenge. Will crippling fears prevent her from overcoming her challenge, or will faith help her succeed?
